Wortman Indicted On Federal Firearms Charge In Roswell
A federal grand jury indicted Lynn Wortman age 45 of 704 North Garden Avenue on possession of an unregistered firearm. The incident occurred June 16 during a domestic dispute with threats using a sawed off shotgun. Wortman faces up to 10 years and a $250000 fine if convicted.
