Waterloo man buys Mabie tract and builds home in Roswell
J P McNally of Waterloo Iowa purchases half of a twenty acre Mabie tract on east Fifth street and signs a contract for an eight room two story frame residence with modern features costing 3200 dollars. The house will be finished in oak with closets baths and porches and construction starts at once. McNally will visit late this week to oversee the project and soon move his family to Roswell.
