Emma V Bailey of Longview Texas and T J Lacy aged 68 and 52 were granted a marriage license yesterday and quietly united at 3 PM in the groom's home east of town Rev H F Vermillion officiated in the presence of few neighbors and Capt J F McMurry of South McAlester Oklahoma. The couple, friends for thirty years, plan to live at the groom's home and will return to Roswell to settle final affairs before their announced wedding dates surprise relatives. The bride will soon close her interests there and depart for home.
