Albuquerque sept 10 AP arrangements were made to send six of nine former First National Bank Santa Fe employees to Leavenworth kans to serve sentences for violating national banking laws they pleaded guilty yesterday Otis Seligman son of Gov Arthur Seligman faced a 10000 fine and five year term with others including Hugh Mera Tom Perry Manuel Romero Joseph Donahue Charles Leyba Frank Pena Theodore Esquibel and J B Lopez sentenced but paroled and paying fines of 500 or 250 some prisoners to be removed immediately while others stay in Santa Fe for payment and supervision

Santiago Ornelas 18 son of Mr and Mrs Irneo Ornelas died at St Marys hospital at ten this morning. He leaves three brothers and three sisters. Funeral services set for ten o clock Monday morning at the Mexican Catholic church with Bynum Ballard directing.

Artesia New Mexico Sept 10 AP Cotton growers in the middle Pecos valley met to fix a price for cotton picking and it was announced today 40 cents a hundred pounds was agreed upon The wage was based on eight cent cotton and a tentative agreement was made to raise the picking price five cents a hundred pounds for every hundred points the market advances.

Five Curry county farmers pleaded guilty in district court at Clovis before Judge Harry Patton to buying gasoline in Texas and using it in New Mexico without reporting or paying the state gasoline tax. Mother Kills Sons Then Herself in Wisconsin Hay Fever Case
Milwaukee dispatch reports Mrs Edwin A. Jones, 40, shot her two sons Edwin Jr. and James at their Whitefish Bay home then killed herself over hay fever suffering. The note to Daddy said there was nothing left to try. Husband, an engineer and hay fever sufferer, found the bodies. All three died from a .45 caliber gunshot to the head.
