Hudak faces new charges in firearms indictment

Church elder pleads guilty to fraud case
Chris D. Graham, former elder at Church on the Move, pleaded guilty to a fourth degree felony count of fraud between $250 and $2,500 as part of a plea deal with the Chaves County DA. He faces up to 18 months in jail and restitution of $15,900 to Clayton Barnhill, who described Graham as a compulsive liar after investing in a supposed contractor business. Barnhill will address the judge at Graham's October sentencing.
