Man Pleads Guilty in Hunt Murder
Jeff Brewster Jr. pleaded guilty to second degree murder in the Aug. 15 slaying of A.2.C. William C. Hunt. He was sentenced to 10 to 50 years in the state penitentiary after the first degree charge was dismissed. Witnesses testified Brewster struck Hunt after approaching him from the rear near East Walnut and Sunset Cafe. Hunt died seven hours later at Walker Air Force Base Hospital.

Priceless DeLong ruby recovered after months of theft
