Panhandle Plans Eastern Outlet Investment

The Panhandle group will allocate funds to build an eastern outlet and finance the project. The plan centers on creating new access, with the region pledging the capital to advance the development.

At a Lubbock meeting Roswell men report Panhandle residents will fund and build a two hundred mile railroad from Hereford to Stanton.
