Kerr kept in detention before trial on kidnapping and murder
Billy Kerr, 47, will remain in pretrial detention after a Roswell hearing in which Judge Jared G. Kallunki bound over the case to district court for trial. Kerr faces first degree kidnapping and conspiracy charges in the abduction and killing of 34 year old Amanda Sifuentes. Her body was found near East Brasher and School roads beside a black Hyundai Sonata. Even with a lengthy felony history cited by prosecutors, the ruling keeps Kerr in custody while the case proceeds.
