Rezoning Cases Move Forward in Roswell Planning Meeting
Roswell planning commission considered three rezoning items and approved two related to the Wal-Mart subdivision near North Main Street and West Pine Lodge Road. Case 01-015 rezoned to community commercial and 01-016 approved preliminary platting for 37.9 acres. Case 01-017, replatting two lots and Tract A near Diamond A, was tabled after resident concerns about traffic and lot sizes. The panel also advanced an amendment on home occupations requiring a Roswell business registration.
