Berlin October 31 The Bavarian government defies Chancellor Stresemann and retains former eastern dictator von Lossow. He is named commander of the Bavarian Reichswehr after his removal as dictator and amid troops taking oaths to the state instead of the Reich.
The four page folder titled Jack Walton's Daily appeared on the street today in Oklahoma City. It carried the Governor's statement to the people issued on Saturday and other articles on the expense of the executive's trial. The editor's name is Bot and it was published at a printing office and distributed free. It will continue indefinitely.

Oklahoma City Oct 31 There will be no delay in the senate hearing on the impeachment charges against Governor Walton which starts tomorrow. The preliminaries will take up the procedure tomorrow and testimony will begin Friday. It is undecided if all charges will be heard before a verdict on a single count. A guilty verdict on one count would impeach the Governor and avoid decisions on the remaining charges.
