Roswell Halloween Carnival At ENM State Fairgrounds
Roswell hosts a Halloween carnival at 6 p.m. at the Eastern New Mexico State Fairgrounds with a 6:30 p.m. parade. Hospital visitor dies after Southeast Main Street crash
