Lovington judge among NM Supreme Court finalists
Fifth Judicial District Judge Gary Clingman is one of four finalists named by the Judicial Nominating Commission for the New Mexico Supreme Court vacancy created by Justice Richard Bosson’s upcoming retirement. Governor Susana Martinez will select a candidate who will serve through 2016 and face retention votes every eight years thereafter.
