Santa Fe aides say Governor Gary Johnson will not grant clemency or impose a moratorium on other executions. Terry Clark is set to die by injection on November 6 for the 1986 kidnapping and murder of 9 year old Dena Gore in Artesia. Roman Catholic leaders and death penalty opponents have urged a halt, but Johnson shows no plan to intervene.
