Notices announce two applications in Chaves County New Mexico. Karen Hendricks seeks to relocate 47 409 acre feet per year of artesian groundwater from well RA 971 to RA 86 for irrigation of up to 10 acres, transferring water rights from 15 803 acres. A second group led by Corina Gallegos et al seeks a temporary transfer of 33 6 acre feet per year from well RA 419 to Three Amigos Land and Cattle Company for 286.448 acres near Roswell for the 2011 water year with return to prior points by Oct 31 2011, protests due within ten days.
