Bodies of Father and Daughter Found in Ohio River
Norman Goins, 22, an Indianapolis life insurance man, and his 20 month old daughter Tina Louise were found dead in the Ohio River opposite Madison Indiana. The child's body was in her father's arms. Relatives reported Goins had threatened to kill himself and the child rather than return the girl to his estranged wife. His car with engine running and lights on was recovered abandoned on the Madison Milton bridge linking Indiana and Kentucky.
