Richardson Sanchez lead expensive New Mexico governor race

Democrat Bill Richardson has spent 3.6 million since July and Republican John Sanchez about 1.2 million as the state’s most costly gubernatorial contest. Richardson’s total fundraising tops 7 million with spending over 5.6 million. Sanchez has raised about 2.5 million and spent 1.9 million as of October 7 with roughly 379 thousand cash on hand.

Davis drops court action against Adair

Richard Harris Hospitalized for Hodgkin's Disease

Richard Harris, 72, best known as Professor Dumbledore, has been hospitalized at University College Hospital in London for chemotherapy after a chest infection. Harris began treatment two months ago for Hodgkin's disease and is said to be responding well and may be released soon.
