Old Cathedral Now Showcase For Atheism
In Leningrad Kazan Cathedral the Museum of History of Religion and Atheism presents Lenin as savior and religion as evil. Exhibits depict priests persecuting scientists, torture devices, and praise for Soviet space feats plus a Vatican display. A guide notes Islam display not ready, while Orthodox church history is shown as opposing workers.
