Berlin reports Germany accepts President Wilson peace terms and evacuates occupied territories while proposing a joint commission to discuss details. Washington notes possible demand for dethronement of the Kaiser and hints at further congressional address depending on Germany's reply.
Roswell mourns the death of Mayor C F Montgomery after a two day battle with influenza and pneumonia. He served as city council member and mayor since last year, led public health measures, and will be buried in Missouri. The city calls for Red Cross nurses to aid with influenza care at N M M I.

John Kellahin ir ten year old son of Mr and Mrs Roost Kellahin died Saturday night after a six weeks struggle with typhoid fever born March 1 1908 he was devout reader and thoughtful beyond years private funeral held at home with Rev S E Allison at four o clock burial at South Park.

Mrs George A. Staehlit died yesterday morning at 11:15 at her city home from pneumonia following influenza. Her twin daughters aged two and a half will travel with the body. The remains are held at Dilley parlors awaiting shipment to Ofkivetn Iowa for burial. Mr Staehli who worked at Joyce Pruit and Co will accompany the remains.
Telegraph announces the death of Dr A D Yater at Cleburne Texas. He died at 4 this morning from influenza pneumonia. He was thirty years old with a bright future ahead.
The local influenza situation today remains the same with a number of new cases reported since Saturday as doctors work night and day to stop the spread. Citizens are urged to be very careful and avoid excitement.
Grand and petit jurors were drawn Saturday for the November term of district court here and the lists were handed to the sheriff’s office this morning for service.
