Army Air Force Exchange Facility may close Roswell warehouse

The Army Air Force Exchange Service weighs closing its Roswell warehouse at the Roswell Industrial Air Center. Officials from the Alamo Exchange Region will visit Thursday to inspect operations. The 53-employee facility serves Holloman Kirtland Cannon White Sands Ft. Bliss and other bases and may announce a decision after the visit. Local officials express surprise at the potential shuttering amid a recently negotiated lease.
