Rogers Aston blends oil wealth with frontier bronze
Rogers Aston, Roswell investor and sculptor, fuses Western history with bronze figures. From Iowa roots to New Mexico oil leadership, he compounds research with craft to portray pioneers, from preachers to desperadoes, in detailed works like The Final Moment from the Battle of Little Bighorn on display at Security National Bank.
