Speeding driver wrecks Cadillac after chase in Roswell
A 35 year old Roswell man Ricky Stewart faces charges of reckless driving speeding no license and no insurance after CCSO deputies pursued him north on Sunset Avenue near Brasher Road. He ran a red light at McGaffey Street and Sunset Avenue struck a parked SUV at an apartment complex then spun into a field. Roswell police assisted after the crash.

Army veteran who charged Oregon gunman and was shot
Army veteran Chris Mintz, a 30 year old student at Umpqua Community College, tried to block the shooter in the hallway.
