Roswell committees push lien waivers to spur redevelopment
The Roswell legal committee approved a resolution to waive municipal property liens for developers. If a property with a lien is proposed for infill projects, the city may enter into agreements with developers with time-limited construction plans. The full council votes Oct 11.

California man killed in crash on US 285 in New Mexico
