Clovis Holdups End With Bandits Caught

Two California men Harvey J. Williams and Lee Davidson tied up robbed C. B. Clegg of Amarillo, then hid in an all night restaurant in Clovis. Police captured them in a radio tipped pursuit and Sheriff Cantrell took charge for charges to be filed in Canyon. Clegg was robbed of forty dollars and his car before the escape.
