A federal judge dismissed an $800 million lawsuit by Dr. Christopher Newman claiming his brain tumor was caused by analog cell phones. Judge Catherine Blake found no substantial evidence linking cell phone radiation to cancer and allowed Motorola to seek dismissal. Newman may appeal.
