Resignation of King Accepted by Texas Board

Austin November 23 The state board of control accepted the resignation of C E B King as superintendent of the state juvenile training school with effect in sixty days. The board announced a successor will be named later and rejected Kings request to withdraw. The decision was unanimous and the board said a statement would be issued later. The board has about twenty applicants for the job.
