Floyd C Wadden Davenport Iowa auto salesman said the man abducted him in Davenport while he was delivering a car. The unidentified suspect claimed the car and used aliases in papers found on him. Police used tear gas when the man refused to surrender and died later in hospital. Wadden was held on a vagrancy charge pending verification of his story.
