Three Roswell councilmen post perfect attendance in nine months
Roswell city records show three councilmen Ralph Boehms L C Stiles and Sterling Grant have perfect attendance at all 15 meetings since March when the new council was inaugurated. Other members varied in absences with four missing meetings by Gilbert Licon and three by Harold Ashcraft and Steve Henderson. Mayor Jerry N. Smith praises the group noting strong committee involvement and generally responsive to constituents.
