American Doctor Carlson faces rebel execution in Congo

Louisiana teachers press for full raise at Baton Rouge protest
Scores of rural and New Orleans area teachers gathered at the Louisiana Capitol as a 20 day special session opened seeking an average $1,000 yearly pay boost.
