Cold Weather Incoming for Roswell and NM North

Henry Ford advocates disarmament while Detroit high school debating society holds an open meeting on the disarmament conference. John Minton Colbert Hicks uphold the affirmative. Herbert Rickart Ray Burton oppose. Judges vote 2 to 1 for the affirmative as the group shows enthusiasm and plans a mock disarmament conference.

Gardner Captured as Notorious Mail Robber In Custody

Roy Gardner, long famed as the west’s top mail robber, is reportedly in custody after a man taken from a Santa Fe mail train admitted he is Gardner. Police chief George B. Brisby announced the arrest in Phoenix. Also noted are schedule plans for county official travel to Albuquerque for a state teachers meeting and Hill’s trip to inspect schools in the Lower Penasco country.

Harlem Explosion Forces Hundreds From Beds

Hundreds fled their beds as a series of blasts rocked Harlem last night. Flames swept a five story building while the cause remained undetermined. The notice also lists rabbits for sale at 80 cents per pound dressed at 151 West Street.
