Good Man McGee Dies After Pneumonia

W. D. McGee aged 45 a driver for John Kelley’s transfer wagon died at 3 a m after a twenty day pneumonia illness with lung abscess. He lived about a year and was known as a kind hearted man with many public friends. He came from Ardmore I T where two cousins live. other relatives reside in Georgia. He was likely never married. A cousin and Ardmore mayor John Gault notified. Funeral arrangements pending. Red Men lodge to handle remains whether shipped or buried. Funeral set for tomorrow at 2 p m at Allery rooms 5th street. burial to follow at South Side.
