Troy Raymond Noe 32 of Odessa died when his 1952 Cadillac coach hit the Salt Creek bridge 10.6 miles north of Roswell on U S Highway 285. It was Chaves County’s 13th traffic fatality this year. Noe’s body to Boyd Head Funeral Home Odessa. He was born May 4, 1924 in Wichita Falls Texas. Survivors include his widow Donna Rae and two brothers, plus other relatives.
