Six Babies Die Within Seven Hours After Birth
A fertility drug aided birth produced six premature infants at University Hospital. All weighed under a pound. five girls and a boy died within seven hours. The mother Mrs Martin Danolf and her husband, Manhattan attorney, were listed in good condition and saddened by the losses. The first infant emerged at 6 07 p.m with others following at two minute intervals. The boy and three girls died within two hours. a fourth girl died about four hours after birth.
