Rain cools city as Roswell sees soaking showers
Rain drenched Roswell Tuesday and Wednesday with .59 inches at the Roswell International Air Center and higher totals reported by northeast observers. Flooding paused traffic at North Main and 19th but slowed, not halted, daily life. Two years ago a larger storm spawned washed bridges and a parking-lot lake, impacting local events.
