Habitat for Humanity builds Roswell home for de Leon family
Lillian de Leon and her three children moved into Roswell's HIH home at 601 S Michigan Ave on March 27. The family secured the 1,400 square foot four bedroom two bathroom house through Habitat for Humanity's no profit, no interest financing with sweat equity requirements and income guidelines. Habitat aims to provide affordable, decent housing and plans to accept new applications in September as it seeks to grow from six years of Roswell projects toward a broader goal of 100,000 homes completed globally.
