NMMI Board Moves to Cut Ties With Institute Alumni Association
The Fifth Judicial District Court judge ruled the military school improperly terminated the 2012 MOA with the Institute Alumni Association and urged transferring about 5.2 million dollars in assets to the NMMI Foundation. Board members say the action aims to end long legal rancor and restore fiduciary duties and donor intent.
