NMMI Alumni Row Reaches Court Over Funds
The whistle of legal fees marks a long running dispute between New Mexico Military Institute and its Alumni Association. Judge Jane Shuler Gray ruled the association holds funds in trust for NMMI and that NMMI terminated a 2012 memorandum of agreement. Both sides continue to battle over logos, assets and control.
