Blood samples were sent to three independent scientists with results expected by mid May. Insurance costs hit Albuquerque Public Schools after 9 11

Regulators seek trading strategies after California crisis
Federal regulators require Public Service Company of New Mexico and about 150 utilities and traders to outline their trading strategies during the California energy crisis of 2000 01.
