Governor outlines plan on energy conservation
Governor Jerry Apodaca unveiled a 24 item state energy conservation program developed by the Energy Resources Board. If fully implemented over four years it could save 81 trillion BTU or about 15 percent of 1980 consumption, at an estimated cost of 37 million dollars through 1980.
