Wholesale prices rise slows though inflation persists

Mescalero Apache water rights case seen by New Mexico high court

The New Mexico Supreme Court ruled Judge Joe Angel has jurisdiction to hear Indian water rights disputes over pumping Rio Ruidoso water to a recreation reservoir on Mescalero land. A writ allows the US to respond by May 20 and the case is set for June 10 arguments.
