Prosecutor calls killing of rapper callous and calculated
Opening statements described Aubrey Berry firing eight shots at rapper Roderick Burton at Beverly Center Los Angeles on May 18 2009 then driving around the body as he died. Prosecutor said Burton was shot fleeing three times in the back. Defense claimed self defense due to threats and that no weapon was found.
