Arizona deputy accused of bullying colleagues in redacted report
A heavily redacted report on alleged misconduct at Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office portrays Chief Deputy Dave Hendershott as an administrator who cut corners, bullied subordinates, and faced a six month inquiry after resigning with termination set for May 5. The probe cites pressure to sign off on warrants and threats to “machine gun” staff, with no conclusions stated on many allegations.
