O'Brien to Leave Roswell for SAC Post Replacement Named
U S Air Force Lt Col Denis O'Brien will depart Roswell Detachment One on June 25 after receiving a promotion to full colonel and taking command duties at SAC headquarters in Omaha. Lt Col Elmer Funderburk Jr., currently at Grand Forks, will assume command in July and oversee a 150 member operation as the satellite unit expands in Roswell.
