The Pecos Valley Artesian Conservancy District invites sealed proposals by 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday May 31 2011 for one truck mounted or trailer mounted poly pipe spooler. Specifications available at 2303 East Second Street Roswell NM 88201 or pvacd.com. Proposals subject to district board approval. The district reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. Separately suit filed in District Court of Chaves County NM by James Polk Stone Community Bank against defendants in Cause No D-504-CV-2012-00237 to foreclose on described real estate. Temporary transfer of 36.9 acre-feet of artesian groundwater rights to Graham Farms LLC expires October 31 2016 with rights reverting thereafter.
