The White Blakeslee Mfg Co v P W N E railroad suit was dismissed at plaintiff's cost after a motion by plaintiff's attorney, with the freight rate dispute ending in dismissal. Scire facias against Payne Morrow and Wil dy Lea was dismissed on plaintiff motion. Territory v Asa Grant also dismissed.

Epworth League plans a May Festival event on Tuesday night in May 2014. Members invite attendees to join performances and fellowship, with activities expected to reflect the league's community spirit and religious outreach.
