Bank vice president arrested with loaded pistol at divorce court
Holm Bursum IV, 41, vice president of First State Bank in Socorro, was found with a loaded 9mm pistol in his briefcase as he entered Albuquerque divorce court. He was charged with unlawfully carrying a deadly weapon and released on his own recognizance as the trial was halted pending safer proceedings.

Police say a woman's body found Friday near the exit for Chaco Culture National Historical Park along U S 550 may be the missing Mexican Springs resident.
