Man Found Shot to Death at Roswell Home
Ural S Armstrong 58 was found mid afternoon dead in the kitchen of 314 E Frazier St Roswell with a .22 hollow point bullet through the head. The rifle lay beneath him and the scabbard nearby as police investigate an inquest pending dates. Armstrong a state highway department construction engineer for 21 years, moved here three weeks ago with his wife and stepson. His body lies at Ballard Funeral Home and will be transported to Plainview Texas for funeral services and burial.
