New Mexico High Court to review pay to play lawsuits
The New Mexico Supreme Court agreed to hear appeals in two lawsuits by whistleblower Frank Foy alleging pay to play in state investments. The cases involve over 1 billion dollars in investments and 22 million dollars in fees paid to Marc Carrera. The court will also consider whether three defendants should remain named despite being public officials when the investments occurred.
