ADA Atty Fights Four $1 Overtime Parking Tickets
Albuquerque assistant district attorney Steven Schiff challenged four $1 overtime parking violations in Municipal Court. Judge Fredrick Mowrer found him guilty on all, suspended two, and set a $200 appeal bond after Schiff said he would appeal. Schiff planned to seek bond reduction in district court.
