In Santa Fe the New Mexico Senate voted 28 11 to overturn a committee recommendation that would have killed the no fault insurance bill. The measure advances to final Senate action later this week.
Eighty prisoners of war will fly to the United States from Travis Air Force Base in Fairfield California between 2 30 and 5 30 p m local time. At base hospitals officials reported most were in good condition after medical checks. A 17 man choir performed in a prison camp for newsmen and children crowded the POWs seeking autographs. Captain Loren H Torkelson recounted his April 1967 crash and capture after his plane was shot down over Vietnam.
