Five candidates filed second campaign finance reports with the City Clerk showing more than $1,000 in contributions. Mayor Bill Owen led with $8,569 in contributions and $8,827 in expenses, while others like Joan Blodgett Judy Stubbs Baudelio Ramirez and Hector Pineda reported over $1,000 in contributions or expenses. Reports from Mickey Click were not yet received, and total mayoral activity exceeded that of other races with high outlays and notable donors and in kind support.
